For 50 years Jardine has been producing aftermarket motorcycle exhausts and motorcycle exhaust systems. Motorcycle exhausts that improve the overall look of the motorbike. Exhaust systems that improve the performance of the bike. Motorcycle exhaust mufflers that improve the sound of the motorcycle.

It was way back in 1958 that Jardine developed its first exhaust system. This was essentially for Hot Rod cars. 1972 saw a shift in production in that Jardine produced its own high performance motorcycle exhaust. In those days production methods involved building a prototype. Running it on a dyno. Make adjustments and repeat until the exact type of performance, sound and aesthetics had been achieved. Although Jardine now employs the very latest computer technology in its R&D and manufacturing processes, that golden area will not be forgotten.

Jardine Exhausts

With over US$3m invested in manufacturing processes and US$5m in inventory backed by new visionary designs, advertising and marketing Jardine are very much looking forward to the next 50 years.

Jardine exhausts are now manufactured using the best technology available. Vector Infrared Tracer machines, the best technological CMM, CNC Tube cutters and benders, Automated punch presses, robotic arms, precision welding, computer programmes all ensure each and every Jardine exhaust is produced to almost NASA type requirements.

If you’re fitting a full Jardine exhaust system, a Jardine muffler or a Jardine silencer you can be sure you’re fitting the absolute best.

Borla Exhaust Systems is a post from: Big Bore Exhaust

Borla exhaust

You know that when fitting a full Borla Exhaust System or just a Borla Muffler you know that you’re fitting the best. Borla exhausts have the unique Borla sound. Not too loud to be offensive, not too quiet not to be heard.

Borla Exhaust

Initially only the best of the very best, makes like Rolls Royce and Ferrari, were graced with stainless steel Borla Exhausts. That was over 20 years ago. Now you can get Borla exhausts for virtually any make of car – street, off road or racing.

Innovative design, state of the art research and development facilities and continuing improvement in manufacturing ensure Borla is at the very front of exhaust technology. Holding numerous US patents and several ‘Best New Product’ industry awards clearly demonstrates the company’s thirst for success.

Borla Exhaust system

All exhausts are under constant corrosive attack. Internally from the noxious mix of gases and moisture. Externally from general road crud, mud and salt. Add into the mix the constant extreme heat – both hot and cold – the constant vibration from both engine and road imperfections then you can see what a tough job exhausts have to do. That’s why Borla exhausts (apart from the flanges) are made of aircraft quality austenitic stainless steel and carry their almost unique Million Mile Guarantee.

A Borla exhaust not only improves the look and sound of your vehicle it can, in some cases, improve performance as well. Borla exhausts have been measured to increase both horse power and torque by as much as 7-10% in street vehicles. This means not only more oomph but more miles to the gallon at cruising speeds.

Borla Muffler

Surprisingly Borla do not adhere to the concept that when choosing a muffler that ‘bigger is better’. Rather, they say that fitting a large diameter exhaust can actually sap power from a street engine. Borla’s focus is more on the velocity of the exhaust gases being maintained with an uninterrupted flow of the exhaust. This, in turn keeps the frequency of the sound produced by the exhaust high. Making sure exhaust noise is left behind the car.

This is opposed to the droning or lower frequency noise other systems can produce. Very often this noise is felt inside the vehicle. At first a rewarding noise, but it fast becomes a nuisance.

Borla

Borla recommends professional fitting of all Borla systems. However, if you are going for a DIY fitting expect to budget for two hours for a system install to six hours for a header installation.

Whether professionally or self-installed, with Borla you’ll be installing quality. Be it a Borla Muffler or a complete Borla Exhaust system you’ll be happy with the unique Borla sound.

HBVHJE9UQG5K

When most people think of Yoshimura Exhausts (or just Yoshi for short) they think of the GSXR exhaust. This is because the exhausts for GSXR’s have been linked to the American superbike teams.

Now, however, a Yoshimura exhaust can grace almost any bike – sport or dirt bike. Whether this is a full Yoshimura system or a Yoshimura muffler or silencer or slip on. Whichever system you choose you’ll be safe in the knowledge that the system is race developed and will increase power output of your motorcycle over its stock system.

Yoshimura Exhaust

Each exhaust is built to an exactingly high standard. Yoshimura exhaust systems combine quality, performance, craftsmanship and style. Yoshimura exhausts are available in a range of carbon, titanium and polished stainless finishes. Any of which will instantly complement and enhance the look of your bike.

Unusually Yoshimura have production facilities in both Japan and the United States.

In the US the factory manufactures the full-race systems. These feature ultra lightweight, wide diameter tubes for maximum exhaust output. The duplex race systems have small canisters attached to the header. These give more instant power when getting back on the throttle after exiting a corner under race conditions. The great news is that these systems are not marked ‘Race use only’ as they can be made road-legal with the application of a decibel-reducer. (This is included within the system.)

All the US-made silencers come with a 2-year warranty.

Yoshimura Slip-ons

These Yoshimura products are designed to fit on existing exhaust pipes. This is often the quickest and easiest modification to achieve more horse power and a louder note. The slip-ons are from the Japanese factory and are road-legal. Carrying the E-mark with a removable baffle for track use. These simple bolt-on replacement silencers/mufflers can significantly reduce weight, while adding a slight increase in performance. It must be stated that to achieve optimum performance re-jetting or re-mapping is often required.

Whatever your requirement. A full Yoshimura exhaust system or a Yoshimura silencer/muffler. You will not be disappointed with the outcome.

Scorpion Exhausts

This knowledge and experience has been put to good use not only on the road but on the track as well. Scorpion have a proven Race winning formula with several teams competing in Touring Car, World Rally Car and club events throughout the United Kingdom.

This winning formula extends right through the Scorpion brand. Giving race performance, which meets road legal requirements, coupled to an excellent touring sound. Not a loud ‘boy racer’ sound often associated with other sports exhaust manufacturers.

Everyone at Scorpion involved in the design, development and manufacture of the exhausts are deeply passionate racers. Because of this they appreciate that from a Scorpion exhaust you demand greater power, great sound and great quality over stock systems. Thankfully, with an Exhaust from Scorpion, that is exactly what you get.

Leading the way in bike exhausts

Unlike other exhaust manufacturers Scorpion lead the way. Every new bike available to Scorpion is fed into the their system. Each is meticulously Dyno’d measuring the OEM exhaust to see exactly where improvements can be made. Improvements not only in power and torque but in ease of fitment, ground clearance and looks.

Armed with this vital information Scorpion engineers are able to design an exhaust specifically for a particular application. Boosting power, not just at peak revs, but right the way through the RPM range. The overall feel will be of greater throttle response with improved performance particularly in the mid range.

Scorpion exhaust systems. Either a complete Scorpion Exhaust or a Scorpion Slip-on or Scorpion Silencer. You’ll immediately notice the difference over stock OEM exhausts.

Just two years later the markets in USA and South East Asia were being penetrated along with expansion of the original premises. This created further jobs as well as establishing the company as a truly global player.

Five years after start up the company boasted a workforce of around 300 with a presence in over 30 countries world wide. In 1999 the company opened a new factory to cope with the increasing demand for motorcycle exhaust systems.

Whether you’re after a Magnaflow muffler or Magnaflow mufflers. Or just want Magnaflow exhaust tips. Or you want to go and install a full Cat-Back Exhaust system with a Magnaflow catalytic converter. You won’t go far wrong with a Magnaflow exhaust.

You’ll also be in good company as Dennis Anderson’s monster truck “Grave Digger” is fitted with a full Magnaflow exhaust system. Drivers of these vehicles do not want an exhaust system that will effectively strangle the performance of their vehicle – performance in both BHP and sound. No point in a monster truck with a whimpering exhaust tone! The Magnaflow exhaust delivers maximum performance and a superior sound.

Magnaflow Exhaust Systems

Magnaflow has been producing performance enhancing exhaust products for over 25 years. During this time it has established itself as a global market leader. Each new product is stringently tested by their engineers. Once laboratory tests are completed new products are then comprehensively field tested. Only when each product has passed the exacting standards set are they then passed into production.

As testimony to the company’s continuing drive towards achieving consistent quality standards Magnaflow has achieved ISO-9001 certification. This internationally recognised quality assurance certification applies to Magnaflow’s quality of management and manufacturing systems.

Magnaflow exhaust systems aims to deliver the best performing, most durable and capable exhaust systems in the world.

So if you fit a Magnaflow muffler, a Magnaflow Mufflers, a Magnaflow exhaust systems, a Magnaflow exhaust tips, or Cat-Back exhaust systems – you know you’ll be fitting quality, reliability and performance enhancement as standard.

Flowmaster Exhaust Systems is a post from: Big Bore Exhaust

Flowmaster 40 series muffler

Back in 1983 attempts were being made to quieten race engines. A process that could be done without sacrificing power would be ideal. Enter flowmaster exhaust. The flowmaster exhaust system set out to do just that. A flow master muffler seemed to achieve the impossible – a quieter vehicle without the loss of power.

Flowmaster exhaust system

Ray Flugger began the Flow Master company. He had over 45 years experience in exhaust design and began the company out of an 800 foot barn. His first flowmaster muffler became known in the racing world as the “suitcase muffler”. This was due to the fact that it was square shaped and had handles fitted to ease carrying.

Flow master muffler

Fast forward 26 years and the company now has a production facility that covers over 400,000 sq ft. and over 250 employees. The amount of technical equipment and professional knowledge is almost unrivalled in any other company. The ‘SuperFlow’ equipment can track the individual movement of an engine’s cam rotation right through to the induction tip of the exhaust. Whilst still measuring what everyone wants to know – the real BHP on the ground.

In addition Flowmaster also uses Spectrum Analyzers that effectively tune the sound that each flow master muffler has. This tune is for both sound and engine performance.

Flowmaster exhaust systems can be fitted to cars, street rods, trucks, motorhomes, pick ups as well as race applications. Whether you’re looking for BHP performance improvement or simply a better sound with over 400 different flowmaster mufflers and 360 exhaust systems there is sure to be a flowmaster to suit your needs.

Flowmaster exhaust systems

Whilst other engineers might have hung up their welders by now Ray is still very much working at Flowmaster. Having a very much hands on role in research and development. Who knows the next innovation to come from the company.

If you’re looking for a Harley Davidson exhaust, a Harley Exhaust, a Hayabusa Exhaust, a slip on exhaust, or full exhaust system then D & D have an exhaust for you.

DD exhausts also feature replacement systems for BMW, Buell, Ducati, Harley Davidson, Honda, Indian, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Triumph, Victory and Yamaha.

D & D Exhausts

Back in 1972 David Rash encountered a problem that was going to change his life, and the life of others, for ever. You see no matter how hard he searched he simply could not find a suitable exhaust for his race bike. He knew that if he could find the right pipe he would have a distinct performance advantage over all the other riders. But no matter how hard he looked he couldn’t find a suitable pipe.

Harley Exhausts

Being an inventive sort of chap he fabricated his own pipe. And viola! D & D Exhausts was born. Now a full thirty years and over a quarter of a million exhausts later the company is known as a leading light in the world of performance motorcycle exhausts.

Hayabusa Exhaust

D & D Exhaust have the desire and passion to create high performance exhaust pipes. Pipes that increase performance, quality and design over original stock systems.

D&D boasts of having excellent customer service with a keen eye for detail in every single product it manufactures. This is coupled to state of the art technology, such as state of the art Super Flow Eddy Current Ram Air Dyno, Super Flow Flow Bench, and probably the first in the exhaust manufacturing industry to use multi cylinder Lambda Fuel Air Ratio Sensors interfaced with the Dyno for real time meter and graph analysis.

In short. If you own a motorcycle and want to increase performance. Either with a Harley Exhaust, a Harley Davidson Exhaust or a Hayabusa Exhaust then D&D have a system for you.

Whether you’re looking for Banks Exhaust or Banks Diesel Performance or Banks Power, with a Banks Exhaust system you’ll not only improve the power of your vehicle but you’ll improve it’s looks and sound as well.

Banks Performance

When you think of the name Gale Banks Engineering you must immediately think high performance gas and diesel engine development. Without question Banks has time and again used its legacy and technological leadership to develop breakthrough technologies and innovations. Most memorably, this engineering and manufacturing prowess in whole vehicle development and modification can be seen in the big block twin-turbo Pontiac Firebird.

Banks Diesel Performance

Banks began as a fledgling engineering firm in 1958. Since that time the firm has consistently applied its expertise and capabilities in automotive performance. So much so that the company now has over 200 employees and covers a massive 12 acre site. ‘Special’ project vehicles feature the very latest high technology diesel and gasoline applications are developed in the Race Shop. These vehicles feature multiple turbo’s with mind-frying BHP and head turning looks.

Banks Power

With a penchant for ‘thinking out of the box’ the company’s advanced research and development has created both product feasibility and image-generating attention. Chevrolet, Volvo, Pontiac and Buick have all come knocking at Gale Banks door. All keen to tap into the phenomenal depth of expertise.

Banks Exhaust

Only the very best materials coupled to the most advanced equipment and facilities are used in the design, research and manufacture of Banks Exhaust Systems. Production prototypes and experimental designs are tested for performance durability and compatibility. Ongoing testing of the end product ensure consistent product functionality.

Banks Monster Exhaust System

Each system is made from 100% stainless steel constant-diameter tubing and will fit both gas & diesel vehicles. This immediately dramatically improves exhaust gas flow and slashes backpressure resulting in cooler operating temps. The highly polished-stainless steel straight-through muffler/silencer is sound-tested to produce a rich, authoritative note & eliminate the drone – not the ‘boy racer’ sound of other race exhaust systems. The system is finished with a huge polished tip.

Arrow Exhaust (arrow exhaust systems) make a full range of after market motorcycle exhausts. So if you’re looking for a Suzuki GSXR 600 exhaust, or any other motorcycle replacement exhaust, then Arrow can supply you.

Unlike other replacement exhaust manufacturers Arrow, rather surprisingly, also manufactures OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) exhausts. This means that Arrow has worked very closely with the leading motorcycle manufacturers to produce components that are used directly on their machines.

In particular, in recent years, Arrow has worked very closely with Aprilia, Triumph and MV Augusta.

Arrow Exhaust Systems

For over 20 years Arrow has always had a racing focus – that is a motorcycle racing focus. This same focus has had, and will continue to have, a powerful effect on the products Arrow produces. Ultimately leading to a brand new line of Arrow exhaust systems for Sports Bikes and maxi scooters.

Arrow exhausts are manufactured to an exacting high standard. That high standard is reflected in the fact that in 2007 Arrow was awarded ISO14001 for their Environmental Management System.

Keeping close to their customers is important to Arrow. A fact that is not missed when they attend EICMA in Italy and the Dealer Expo in Indianapolis where they get to speak directly to their customers and supply chain.

Arrow is a dynamic company. Fitting Arrow Exhaust systems to your bike or looking for a GSXR 600 exhaust? You’ll not only improve the sound of your bike but you’ll also improve its looks.
